ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, In-house courses:
"On a personal recommendation, I invited Edworthy Business Management Consultants to come and train 8 of our staff in the principles of management system internal auditing, and in auditor transition to the 2015 editions of ISO 9001 and 14001. There was large knowledge and experience range to deal with from an experienced lead auditor to several staff who knew nothing about auditing. Doug had a calm and confident manner instilling trust in what he was saying and easily allaying fears the unexperienced staff had expressed.
It was a huge task to cover in just two days but the course did not feel rushed at any point and there were plenty of exercises to keep everyone engaged. The course exceeded my expectations and I was delighted by the subsequent level of buy-in by our newly formed audit team. Our company can now move forward with compliance audits over the next couple of months and then process audits after that. We will be adopting quite a few of the specific techniques and adapting the various templates to our own formats, so useful to have these tools to take away and use.
