Terms of Registration

1. Payment in full is required by BACS, PayPal or cheque at least 21 days before the date of the training course. A receipted invoice will be provided.
2. Participants can be re-booked on later presentations of the training course provided we receive your request in writing at least 14 days before the course date.
3. Where a participant wishes to cancel their booking, you must notify us in writing;
   1. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 21 working days before the course date.
   2. For cancellations made less than 21 working days but more than 14 working days before the course date we will refund 50%.
   3. For cancellations made less than 14 working days before the course date no refund will be made.
4. In the event of a failure of a participant to attend the training seminar no refund will be made.
